Classes in the Academy started on June 15 with a flag ceremony and homeroom and subject orientation of the first day. This was followed by the general orientation on June 16 with a Chapel convocation and Pastor Agapito Tuting, Bible/Values teacher and religious activities coordinator as speaker. A Video presentation followed featuring the highlights of AUP Academy activities throughout the year. The Faculty and staff were introduced and announcements were given by the principal. Orientation was held by year levels; one activity for each hour. The following were conducted: orientation on Academics, Discipline, Extra-Curricular activities, the use of the library, internet center, science and TLE laboratories, the gym and the CRs. The campus tour aboard 3 AUP buses was the most anticipated activity of the day.
